We will do traditional barter or.....if you want another idea....how about this:
A lot of syndicators will take 6 - 8 minutes of commercial time per hour, we at Heartland Radio would rather have you keep all of your commercial spots. Why shouldn't you get to make money?
Our shows have 12 minutes per hour available. You can use that time to run ads, promos, do local news/weather, whatever suits you best.
No, we don't give our shows away for free. We have expenses and production costs, but our goal is to get our shows out to a wide audience. We want to make it affordable for you, while getting the airtime for us.
Here is what we do:
- You decide what daypart you will run the show.
- You tell us what you charge for spots in that daypart.
- We take a small percentage of those costs, which we are willing to negotiate to make it affordable to your station.
- You in turn get all of your spots to sell, so you can recoup our fee. It's like getting our show for free, without giving up anything, like you do in traditional barter.
- We'll even let you run the show a second time during the week at no additional charge, so you can double your revenue!
We feel that this system is better than barter.....but if barter is your thing...we will be happy to negotiate that as well.
